Church Worksh0ps!Mobile Programs & Church Workshops More than 80 mobile programs and church workshops will de developed annually by the above selected groups. These special workshops will tend to reeducate students, church members, and current supporters about Haiti current needs and give conference goers a first-hand view of the new transformation initiative program. During each gathering, participants will be invited to serve as members of the task force, the guidance commission or serve as planners or experts. Planners and experts will meet regularly to schedule development visits and working sessions in Haiti. They will be divided in groups and meet up with local residents throughout the Haitian provinces. Working group of planners and local residents will brainstorm about existing conditions, assigned topic (s) and suggesting ideas for further discussion and resolution. Together, they will focus on immediate needs and planning long-term strategies on the following portfolios: How to Get Involved: We rely on individual supporters for funding. Given the growing national and international interest in the success of the Fresh Start Movement®, we need your commitment and financial support to reach our goals and objectives within a decade. Participants will regularly receive: HaitianConsortium.com magazine, quick and effective campaign actions for participation, and invitations to local and national events. Our Success: Your Support Helps Meet The Challenge At the Haitian Consortium, we are proud about how we handle the funds entrusted to us. For administration and overhead, we spend only nineteen cents of each dollar received. The rest of our income - eighty one cents on every dollar - is spent on programs -- the purpose for which funds are, after all, given to us.
