Planning For Investment in Social Programs in Haiti.

The Commission will work with local agencies, organizations, and religious groups to address and support existing social programs.  The Commission will also:

·         Provide support and finance social issues

·        Stress and implement the need for better quality facilities in the neighborhood,

·         Finance the improvement of existing facilities

·         Build new community centers for local residents

·   Create or expand new adult education and workforce development programs

·          Strengthen local literacy centers for adolescents, youth, and seniors.
